Smile A Lot

What an adorable book about being positive in the midst of the day to day! The first two pages read as follows:
Life has all sorts of ups and downs.
That’s why you should always
Smile a Lot!
Its’ much easier than complaining.
The text is large and easy to read with one to two sentences per page. The pictures are big and bold and wonderful for young children.
Besides, I can’t resist a book with a super hero inside!
Speech Therapy ideas:
For young children working on language or children using simple Augmentative Communication Devices, this is a great repetitive-line book. Have the child say “Smile a Lot!” on every page that it comes up.
For children working on s- blend sounds, this is a great book to practice elongating the “ssssssssmile” at the beginning of the lines “Smile a Lot!”
Cute looking book! I’m going to see if I can get it at our through our library. I think Daniel would like it! Thanks for the speech tips! I’ll use them. ๐
Sounds great, I’m going to have to check it out:)

A happy book. That’s lovely.
You are a font of all kinds of knowledge… sooo I was hoping you’d check out my post asking for ways to help left-handed children with writing and drawing;

I’ve got a feeling you’ll have some ideas about this.
All the best.
My toddler loves books. Thomas the Tank Engine are his favorite.
