How do I access my course?
At the top of this website find “Students.” Click on this and then you will see either “STUDENT LOGIN” or “YOUR PROFILE”.
If you need to login, see the screenshot instructions here. Use the password that has been emailed to you previously. After logging in you can go back to “STUDENTS” at the top of the page and click on “YOUR PROFILE.”
After clicking “YOUR PROFILE” you should see the course listed along with your progress towards completion. Click on the course and you are good to go!
If you are still having issues, please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I change my login information?
When you first registered you were sent three emails (check your spam folders if you do not see them in your inbox). One of these emails contained your temporary password. Search for that password and then change it under “My profile.”
Why can’t I see the entire course?
If you can only see some, but not all, of the course content or modules, go to the bottom of the page and then click the arrow for “Next Page.”
What are the official course dates?
The course runs each summer. Because this is an online course, there is great flexibility as to when you actually begin and end the course. You have access to this course for (hopefully) years to come, so can work at your own pace if needed.
Does this course include continuing education credits?
This course is not sponsored by ASHA, so you cannot use these hours towards your registry. You will, however, receive a Certification of Completion at the end of the course. This certificate can be used for your ASHA continuing education maintenance. Read more about this process: https://www.asha.org/certification/fact_records.htm
How much time should I spend each day?
I recommend that you spend 30-60 minutes per day watching the video and starting the assignments. You can always come back to assignments later when you have your actual caseload.
What is the refund policy?
Of course, I want you to be happy, so there is a 100% money-back guarantee if you go through the first week of videos and homework and still feel like this course does not meet your needs. However, you must request your refund within 7 days of the course beginning.
