I am so excited that you are here and ready and excited to learn. Here few things to keep in mind as you begin this journey:

Modules are topics. There are 4-5 lessons per module. I recommend that all module work be done in a one to two weeks devoted time period before moving on to the next module.

The Facebook Group– This is our community! Benefits include:

3. Questions/answers with anyone in the group.
4. Encouragement.
5. Fun videos and related articles.
6. Primary means of communication with course members.

Flexibility – We teach our students to be flexible and have a growth mindset. I have not walked in your shoes. I do not know what your district/city/state requires. I have created materials and lessons that fill the needs of many other school-based SLPs. You will need to adapt lessons and materials to fit your needs and the needs of your district perfectly. That’s a good thing! You will come out more empowered and confident because you took ownership.

Questions – I will be your online guide and mentor for the next four weeks. Take advantage of this time as it is valuable. My lectures may not meet all of your needs, but by asking questions (through the communities or email), I can help you brainstorm how to use the material in your specific situation. I cannot guarantee quick answers or reviews after the four weeks designated for the course.

Access – You have unlimited access to this course. I recommend that you do the modules during your breaks, however, that is up to you and your schedule. Additional bonus coaching calls or refreshers may be offered during the year.
