Some people who are usually non-verbal use it as one of their primary means of communication.
Does giving somebody the finger while driving count? ‘Cause I do that one a lot.
Well my 2 1/2 year old points, pulls and pushes to get her point across. We pretty much know what she wants just from that. We then follow up with words so she knows what she asking for.
Batting your eyelashes! *grin* Although I’ve found this works much better for my 5 year old daughter than it does for me >.>
